It's our pleasure to provide complimentary First Class shipping in the United States and shipping to Canada for a small fee. No minimums, no catches. Most orders ship the day of purchase or next business day. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your order info and tracking number.

First Class shipping takes approximately 3-5 days once shipped. We also offer Priority and Express shipping through the US Postal Service for an additional shipping charge. Priority shipping takes approximately 2-3 days once shipped and Express mail is delivered the day after it's shipped to most US locations, although some locations may require two days. Turbella ships from Santa Monica, California. 

Please note that we generally ship through the US Postal Service, which then transfers the package to Canada Post to be processed through customs. We are unable to track the package once it leaves the USPS. Please be advised that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches Canada and you will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. You can contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that international shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
